    Kızılkaya Cement Plant

1. Clinker Production Line

17.1. Maintenance and erection of the rotary kiln together with it’s

all equipments  ( Polysius – Ø 4,2 x 60 m ).

17.2. Installation of the coal mill unit and fabrication of the local equipments (PFEIFFER ).      

17.3. Installation of the Clinker cooler unit and fabrication of the local equipments ( IKN ).

Weight of the local fabrication works: 650 ton

Weight of the erection works: 1350 ton

 

2. BETONSAN – BETON VE CIMENTO SAN. A.S. / 2005

                 Lalahan Cement Grinding Facility

                       18.1. Alignment works for the gear box and bearings of the Cement mill.

 

3. VICAT – KONYA CIMENTO SAN. A.S. / 2005

    Konya Cement Plant

  19.1. Both Fabrication and installation works for the raw metarial feeding line    

  of the Raw mill.

              Weight of the local fabrication works: 350 ton

              Weight of the erection works: 600 ton

 

4. DENIZLI CIMENTO SAN. TIC. A.S. / 2005

    Denizli Cement Plant

           20.1. Revision of the ESP number II (Changing of the discharge electrodes,

           maintenace of the hammers e.t.c.).

                 20.2. Replacement of the light kiln shell, heavy kiln shell with tyre, rollers and

           adjustment of the gear and drive unit for the rotary kiln number II.

 

5. CIMENTAS KARS CIMENTO SAN. TİC. A.Ş. / 2005

    Kars Cement Plant

21.1. General revision works for clinker cooler, crusher, raw and coal mill e.t.c.

 

 

 

6. CIMSA CIMENTO SAN. TIC. A.S. / 2005

    Kayseri Cement Plant

22.1. Erection of the Rotary Kiln ( FLS – Ø 3,6 x 55 m ).

 

7. IZAYDAS IZMIT ATIK VE ARTIKLARI DEGERLENDIRME A.S. / 2005

23.1. Revision of the rotary kiln ( Ø 4,2 x 12 m ).
